Course Registrations

Places are allocated based on date of payment. Your place is not confirmed until full payment is received. To be entitled to the early bird discount, payment must be received at least 16 days prior to the start of the course.  AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 2% +GST WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS TO COVER THE CREDIT CARD FEES.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

IT Security Training Australia reserves the right to cancel any course 15 days in advance if attendance is insufficient. In this event, IT Security Training Australia’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of fees paid.

Any cancellations by a course registrant must be made in writing.

Cancellation requests received in writing with 21 days’ notice or more will incur a $100 cancellation or rescheduling fee (Refund = Amount Paid less $100.)

Cancellation requests received in writing with between 14 calendar days and 5 calendar-days’ notice, will be given credit toward attendance at a subsequent program only (Credit - No Refund).

 “No shows” or cancellations less than 5 calendars days before the start date of an event will not be given a refund nor credit toward a later program (unless there is a documented medical emergency). (No Credit – No Refund)

All registrations are transferable, subject to the new participant being approved by IT Security Training Australia.

Course Vetting

To ensure the integrity of the environment IT Security Training Australia reserves the right to vet participants.  IT Security Training Australia’s decision to accept or reject any participant is final and confidential and IT Security Training Australia is under no obligation to provide any reasons or justification for its decision to accept or reject any participant..

Program changes

IT Security Training Australia reserves the right to make changes to the advertised program as necessary.
